Full Fabrication Shop - beyond the spec sheet
It’s not just that we have the machines - it’s that we use them together. Our workshop combines precision machining with fast fabrication, so mechanical, electronic, and aesthetic goals land in sync.
Plus a complete fabrication floor for metalwork, woodworking, welding and finishing - including sand blasting, powder coating and specialty coatings. Anything outside our scope is handled via trusted local partner firms to keep speed and quality high.

5‑Axis CNC Machining
Our 5‑axis CNC systems produce complex components in one setup - reducing re‑positioning, improving accuracy, and achieving surface perfection. We use CNC for parts demanding tight tolerances or intricate alignment between mechanical and electronic assemblies.
Used for:
- Precision aluminium and steel housings
- Camera and actuator mounts
- Optical and motion assemblies
When we choose CNC: When tolerances, rigidity, and consistency matter - especially for multi‑axis or moving systems.

Lathes - Large & Watchmaker
We have large‑bed lathes and a precision watchmaker models, enabling production of both large and microscopic components. This flexibility allows single‑part prototypes and complete assemblies alike.
Used for:
- Small precision shafts, rollers, gears
- Large fixtures and enclosures
- Threaded components and couplings
When we choose turning: Whenever the part revolves around accuracy - literally. Perfect concentricity and surface finish are our goals.

3D Printing - FDM, SLS & Resin
We use FDM for functional prototypes, SLS for durable nylon parts, and resin for high‑detail visual models. Combining these methods means we can move from idea to object overnight, testing designs before committing to production.
Used for:
- Fit‑testing and ergonomic models
- Functional parts and jigs
- Concept and display prototypes
When we choose printing: When iteration speed, lightweight structures or complex geometry exploration is needed early in the design cycle.

CO₂ Laser Cutting - 120 W
Our 120 W CO₂ laser delivers sharp edges and clean engravings on acrylics, woods, and thin metals. It’s perfect for panels, decorative details, and quick‑turn prototypes that need high precision and polished edges.
Used for:
- Acrylic and composite panels
- Engraved branding and diffusers
- Rapid enclosure iteration
When we choose laser cutting: When visual quality, speed, and dimensional accuracy matter more than depth.

Sheet Metal Bending & Fabrication
With in‑house sheet metal cutting, bending and punching, we produce custom brackets, housings, and structural parts in both small and large formats. From one‑off prototypes to low‑volume production, every bend and edge is verified for precision.
Used for:
- Brackets and chassis for enclosures
- Machine panels and frames
- Functional prototypes and production tooling
When we choose sheet metal: When strength‑to‑weight, durability, and repeatability are needed before moving to larger production.

Electronics, PCB & Assembly
Our in‑house PCB prototyping and SMT pick‑and‑place machines allow us to rapidly iterate electronic systems. By combining mechanical and electrical builds in the same space, we shorten the loop between idea, prototype, and test.
Used for:
- Embedded controllers and sensor systems
- Custom interface boards
- Complete product integration and testing
When we integrate electronics: When hardware and firmware need to evolve together for seamless function.

Global On‑Site Collaboration
Our lab based in Poland, Europe, we collaborate with clients worldwide. We frequently travel to work directly with engineering and creative teams on‑site - ensuring perfect handoff between design, prototyping, and production. Being hands‑on with our clients means we can achieve the impossible faster.
